Recruitment Process of Fresh Recruits

Our Recruitment Process involves the following levels

Online Test – Candidates are assessed on their logic and technical skills.

Online / Telephonic Screening Interview – This is to assess candidate’s programming potential and technical competence in the areas required.

Written Technical Test – This is to assess candidate’s programming potential in C/C++ and also aptitude.

Face to Face Interview – Multi-level personal interviews are conducted to assess the true fit of the candidate into SafeNet and vice versa.

Experience SafeNet – Selected candidates undergo a six month internship (typically January to May) with SafeNet. You get to meet the brightest minds at SafeNet Noida. You learn, code, explore and grow, apart from proving your mettle, during the Internship.

Welcome Aboard – Based on performance and business requirement you join as Associate Software Engineer upon completion of your exams back at college.

Job Description and Requirements

Designation: Associate Software Engineer

CTC Offered: INR 4,25,000 per annum

Job Location: Noida

Education Criteria: 70% throughout in 10th, 12th and BE/B.Tech [CS/IT/EC] or MCA

Skills Required:

Should be strong in at least one programming language like C/C++ or Java
Strong OS fundamentals and Networking Skills
Ability to write consistent programs
Very good logic and analytical skills
Interested to make a career in Software Development


Shortlisted candidates will go through 6 months of internship from January 2015 @ SafeNet Noida. Based on performance and business requirement, SafeNet will absorb interns as Associate Software Engineer
